....and the Living Inline team!   Dr. Jason Kolber and Dr. Elissa Katz are a husband and wife team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of individuals and families through a hands on approach to health as well as through ongoing multimedia educational programs.
Originally from Evanston, Illinois, Dr. Jason is grateful to say that he has finally escaped the brutal winters of Chicago and now truly considers himself a West Coast native! Dr. Jason has always had a passion for health and healing, and he knows that this interest comes from the fact that his father has been involved in Holistic healing for almost 40 years. After Dr. Jason realized that a 72-mile an hour fast ball probably wouldn't cut it in the big leagues, he started questioning how could he truly make an impact on other's lives. He started investigating why it was that he had always experienced radiant health and energy and truly realized that health had very much become a way of life for he and his family. When he walked into professional school and saw this gorgeous woman walking down the hall, he knew his dreams had been answered for he had always wanted to share his mission and his passion with someone who held health in such a high regard as well. This can definitely be said as an accurate description of his wife, Dr. Elissa.
Dr. Elissa is originally from Los Angeles, but most people associate her with the many years she spent enjoying the ocean waves of warm and sunny Santa Barbara.  Every few months or so when Dr. Elissa gets a deep craving for the ocean, for Arizona tends to have "dry heat" as many say, she convinces Dr. Jason to take a break and venture off to San Diego or Santa Barbara. Dr. Elissa grew up with the "traditional view" that health is something that comes from "outside of you". In her teens, she realized that she could become an active participant in shaping her own health and well being. She officially began her journey within the health and healing fields with an interest in herbal medicine, and intuitive massage therapy. In many ways, she has always been a health practitioner even before she received her degree. Dr. Elissa takes pride in the fact that she inspires people to trust their innate ability to heal. Little did Dr. Elissa know that she would meet her match all the way across the country in a small town in South Carolina, called Spartanburg. As Dr. Elissa describes it, Dr. Jason basically followed her and her parents all around the school as they toured the educational facility. Needless to say, Dr. Jason was a motivated student. In South Carolina, Dr. Jason later went on to receive a "service to his profession distinction" award, as well as the "B.J. Palmer Philosophy" award for embracing what it means to live from the inside out.
Both Dr. Jason and Dr. Elissa are grateful to share that they were awarded the "Clinical Excellence Award" while serving their patients with energy and commitment. In Arizona, Dr. Elissa and Dr. Jason have been selected as the "Best of Ahwatukee" for 2000, 2001, 2002 & 2003,2004, voted on by members of the Phoenix community. They have been featured in the Arizona Republic Newspaper, The Ahwatukee Foothills News, Fox Channel 10 Morning Show,Your Life From A to Z show, Channel 15 documentary show in which Dr. Elissa and Dr. Jason were honored for serving the Abused Children of The East Valley Child Crisis Center, and they have been featured on the Channel 12 News Morning Health Show as well. Through their growth together both personally, and professionally, Dr. Jason and Dr. Elissa have illustrated their passion for inspiring people to trust the inner wisdom of their body as well as helping people realize that ideal health is necessary to create their most desired life. Dr. Jason and Dr. Elissa have built an incredible practice in Phoenix, AZ, and they pride themselves on the fact that people receive very personable service at Living Inline, while always experiencing an absolute noticeable difference on every visit in regards to their health, well-being, ability to adapt to and cope with stress, their immune system, and their overall quality of life! Dr. Jason and Dr. Elissa believe that getting and remaining healthy and vibrant should be an enjoyable process, filled with both ease and empowerment as people move toward what they want to experience in their body and in their life! They have a natural love for teaching and do so through their health "e"newsletter, online audio clips, interactive workshops, telegatherings, and in their private practice, called Living Inline located in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Jason and Dr. Elissa choose to continue their education by becoming certified practitioners in a gentle form of health care called Network Spinal Analysis which helps the body more greatly heal, self regulate, and express its highest level of energy, vitality and well-being. They reside in Arizona and can commonly be found tickling their beautiful daughter Drew, spending time with their two cats, Indiana and Romeo, or enjoying playing tennis, cooking, taking dance lessons and spending time together. We Welcome- Dr. Jenny Dubisar     A little about me: I have always had a fascination with health and wellness. However, it wasn’t until I met Dr. Jason and Dr. Elissa in 1999 and started care under their gentle hands (and coaching ), that I realized my fascination was more of a passion to help others participate in their own healing with chiropractic care. I decided, after having experienced my own healing at Living Inline, to move to South Carolina and attend chiropractic school at Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic… the same school that Dr. Jason and Dr. Elissa had attended. While there, I began taking several courses in pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic… finding that working with this aspect of health has its own sets of challenges and rewards. As is part of my personality; I knew that if I were going to care for this part of the population, I wanted to know everything I could. Through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (www.icpa4kids.org), I have not only received a comprehensive pregnancy and pediatric education, but also become certified in the Webster Technique, and am pursuing a diplomat (advanced training) status through their program. I graduated from Sherman College in 2005 and moved to Atlanta, Georgia for about a year, practicing an upper cervical technique called Blair Chiropractic (www.blairchiropractic.com). I returned to Arizona and Living Inline in May of 2006 to join and expand the practice with Drs. Jason and Elissa. With their support and encouragement, I have also continued to expand my passion for pregnancy care though Nurturing Hearts Birth Services where I am currently a doula-in-training (www.azdoulas.com). As a doula, I believe that I am able to provide access to a resource pool for our practice members regarding current, pertinent information on pregnancy and birth. I love being back here in Phoenix Arizona. I love being a part of this beautiful place called Living Inline. I love seeing and meeting the wonderful people who come to us to find greater ease and peace in their bodies…. Pregnant or not. Young or young-at-heart. It’s a pleasure to be of service to you!
