Living Inline Office Fees
What are your office fees?
Our first visit is a $125 investment.
There after, if purchased individually, our per visit fee is $45
The first visit for children who are age 15 and under is a $50 investment.
The per visit investment for children with a parent or guardian under care is $15 applicable to children ages 15 & under.
Otherwise children’s visits are a $45 investment.
Practice members have the opportunity to purchase health packages which have been created to help people maximize their experience and their savings at Living Inline!
Health package advance purchase options include:
# 1 Health Package 24 visits at a per visit rate of $35 for $840.00.
You save $240.00
# 2 Health Package 12 visits at a per visit rate of $40 for $480.00
You save $60.00
