Dr. Jenny compliments the gentle chiropractic care provided though Living Inline with advanced training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), including certification in the Webster Technique, and specific, appropriate care for the unique needs of pregnant women, infants and children. Dr. Jenny has been certified through the ICPA since 2004.
What is the Webster Technique?
Dr. Larry Webster developed the Webster Technique as a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment protocol during pregnancy. It is designed to relieve interference to the nervous system through balancing the pelvic region and reducing constraint within the attached muscles and ligaments. In turn, these provide support for the growing uterus.
As the mother grows during her pregnancy, her balance and equilibrium must shift to accommodate her growing belly. Due to daily physical stresses, changing hormones, and perhaps already compensating for previous misalignments of the spine and pelvis – a woman’s body may be unable to optimally adapt to these changes. This affects the development of her baby, and places additional stresses on her body as she progresses through her pregnancy; sometimes this causes pain or discomfort, sometimes not.
Perhaps best-known for its high success rate in working with breech babies, this gentle adjustment reduces constraint within the uterus, thus allowing the baby to get into the best possible position for birth.
Additionally, current research being conducted by the ICPA (as well as in our personal clinical experience), indicates that chiropractic care during pregnancy supports easier births, less occurrence of difficult labor, and smoother transitions through the labor stages because women’s bodies are better able to adapt and respond to the changing needs of their bodies.
Pregnancy is a natural state for the female body. We’d love to support your body in helping it to be a beautiful, natural experience!

Who is the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA)?
Dr. Jenny is has been a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association since 2004, certified in the Webster Technique since 2005, and advances her training yearly through the ICPA’s continuing education program.
The ICPA was founded in 1986 by Dr. Larry Webster, DC. As an advocate for natural alternatives for children and pregnancy, his vision and passion has had a major impact in providing information to the public, as well as training chiropractors in pediatric-specific concerns.
Among the ICPA’s objectives are:
-Providing the general public with access to current, peer-reviewed research on the benefits, safety, and efficacy of chiropractic care as it pertains to families and their health-related concerns.
-Offering parents access to information that enable them to make informed health care choices for their families.
- Offering continuing education to chiropractors, enabling them to have the most up-to-date and relevant information in pediatric care.
-Providing an easy referral directory for parents to search for local chiropractors trained in care of pregnant women and their children.
The ICPA remains the oldest and largest of its kind in the profession today.

Children’s Health
- Is your child experiencing a lot of sick days?
- Do your trips to the pediatrician seem to provide more medications than solutions?
- Do you feel that there must be something else that can be done for your child?
There is! At Living Inline, we recognize that your child is developing a healthy immune system from the ground up. Your child does that with a healthy diet, adequate exercise, and a healthy nervous system. We can help! Keep reading to find out how!
One very important concept in children’s health is that from birth to about age 6, their bodies are creating an immune system that will provide them with the fundamentals for their adult health. This process means that illness, when not interfered with, actually supports the ability of your child’s immune system to figure out how to naturally respond to germs and illnesses in a way that is healthy and appropriate… and this is a GOOD THING!
Inappropriate interference, such as with antibiotics that are not necessary, or fever medication that prevents the ability of the body to rebalance the internal landscape when challenged, actually hinders the natural ability of your child’s body to develop healthy response patterns. In effect, this leaves their immune system under-developed for the challenges ahead.
Living Inline is unique from most traditional chiropractic offices. We provide gentle care that seeks to balance a nervous system affected by daily and accumulated physical, chemical, and emotional stresses. The care that we provide to children may look similar to the care the adults receive, but there are significant differences, as well as acknowledging that the stress in their bodies may be caused by very different factors than adults, and therefore a different impact on their growing bodies, minds and nervous system.
While we cannot and would not promise your child would never get sick, what we see every day in our office is that children under regular chiropractic care experience fewer pediatrician visits, have fewer sick days from school, and return to health sooner after being ill.
When looked at in the larger picture, childhood illness is simply part of growing up. Let us help you and your family "grow up" more naturally.
Kids
- Little Caden, with his big blue eyes, looks at us and says "thank you" after his adjustment in his mom’s arms. Meanwhile, older siblings McKenna, Brock, Jack and Conner get adjusted on the tables (and sometimes sneak a little nap too).
- Big brother Carson keeps an eye on his little brother Harrison as he lets him get adjusted first.
- And then we have the quiet ones, or the ones who are having a cranky day, or others who haven’t quite figure out why it is that we’re tickling their neck!
Teenagers
There are the athletic children and teenagers who come to us to keep their bodies aligned and at peak performance before (and after) activities. From synchronized swimmers, to baseball, golf, gymnastics, and everything else kids can be interested in, they trust Living Inline to help them excel.
As you probably can tell, we are passionate and we have the qualifications to serve you! We thank you and we appreciate your trust!
More to come as we grow and evolve to serve you!
